Registration

The conference fee includes participation, abstract booklet, welcome reception, refreshments, lunches and banquet. Registration fees before and after the deadline (March 15, 2012):

If you would like to attend a conference as an Exhibitor an exhibition desk with poster stand is available for an exhibitor fee (650 EURO) during the conference. This includes the exhibition possiblity plus all the benefits of a full registration for one person. If you are interested in exhibiting on the conference please contact the conference secretary: bipoco2012@mail.bme.hu.

To register to the conference, please, follow our three step registration process.

If you would like to submit an abstract, please, use the online abstract submission form. Please read the presentation guidelines before preparing your abstract, and use the template provided. Let's go to the abstract submission form.
After submitting the abstract,move on to step 2, using your abstract ID(s) received in the confirmation email.

You can register for the conference at the BiPoCo 2012 registration site. If you have an abstract submitted, please list the ID(s) during the registration. You are not charged with any fees until you complete the registration process. This can be suspended at any point, and can be continued anytime after logging in again. Let's go to the BiPoCo 2012 registration site. If you are interested in booking a room in Hotel Azúr**** with BiPoCo 2012 special rate, go to step 3.

To book a room with special rate you must be registered for BiPoCo 2012. Download the Hotel Azúr **** booking form, and beside your personal information, please fill your registration ID. Send the signed booking form via email or fax to the hotel. You may find information on the special room rates at the BiPoCo 2012 hotel information page.

Abstract submission

Should you like to participate the conference as a presenter, please submit your abstract according to the following submission form. Before preparing your abstract, please read our presentation guidelines carefully. A short - 500 characters including whitespaces - summary is needed for the Programme Book of the conference; please type it in the text box below. A more detailed abstract should also be prepared based on the template provided, and uploaded via the link below (please use MSWord (*.doc, *.docx) or RichText files (*.rtf)). These will be collected in an Abstract Book, and will be accessible for all participants.
