Arranged bus transportation to and from Siófok
To ease the travel to Siófok, the conference organizers arranged bus transfers from Budapest to Siófok and back. Each ride costs €10 and requests can be indicated in the conference registration system. If you would like to have resort to this service, please modify your registration (for a step by step guide please click here) or indicate your request via email to the conference secretary until Wednesday, May 16 at latest. Please note that the number and size of the buses will be arranged according to the number of registered passengers thus please select the departure time correctly.
All passengers will be notified with detailed information on departure time, meeting point and contact information one week before the conference via email.
In case of any changes please inform the conference secretary.

How to get to the meeting point?
From the airport
The easiest way to get to the meeting point from the airport is by taxi. The fix rate is ~21 EUR. All texies accept Euro or credit cards.
The destination is: Heroes' Square, Timewheel (next to the parking lot behind the Hungarian Palace of Art).
By public transport
You should take the stop 'Heroes' square' ("Hősök tere") on subway M1. For more information on public transport in Budapest visit www.bkv.hu, where a route planner is available.
General information
Budapest can be easily reached by air, railway or road. Those who would like to make their own travel arrangements can reach Siófok either by car or by train. Siófok is located at a distance of around 100 km from Budapest, along the motorway M7. By using the public train service from Budapest Déli Railway Station, it takes approximately 2 hours to reach Siófok for the cost of about ~10 Euros.
